The Lion Rock Hike

A pseudo-3D image of our Lion Rock hike (modified from Google Earth) showing the start at Wong Tai Sin and the end at Tai Wai. It took us about 4 to 5 hours. Most of the hike was on well-maintained trails. The only difficult stretch was in the descent from the Lion's Head, which lasted for about 10 minutes. One can avoid this stretch by going back to Wong Tai Sin instead of going on the Lion's Head. One can see the "concrete canyons" in the Kowloon side as well as those in the New Territories.
